My first time staying here and my room smelled like smoke, when I told the front desk about it I was told it was because the former hotel chain that owned the hotel offered smoking rooms, no offer to switch rooms. The next morning I tried to have a shower and got no hot water, when I called the front desk I was told, "Well we have hot water down here", so I had to let the hot water run for 15 minutes until it finally came hot. I stayed for 3 days and did not ask to have the sheets changed every day but at the very least they could have vacuumed the room each day.
The staff was friendly and the room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the hot breakfast.
Expensive and needs updating in rooms. No excuse to have a junk TV anymore. You can literally buy a coffee pot and they give a free 50"LED now a days. Plus get your cable boxes updated. Please also make sure there is no poop in the toilets. Love checking in, lifting the lid and finding an unflushed turd. Good for a laugh but still gross.
This hotel is a dream. I have stayed in five star hotels in the Middle East that could learn a few lessons from the staff here. Friendly, caring, helpful and always very polite. They truly make it feel like coming home every evening I got back to the hotel. Thank you
The sheets and toilet were dirty upon arrival. Everything seemed used (i.e. mystery hairs)... Carpet at the sink was wet. Included breakfast was good though.
