202 smelled so bad it even had taste! I complained in hope they would do something for the next night but no luck. The rest of the crews rooms were very nice. I guess I got the short straw.
Super friendly staff and great housekeeping. Facilities were nice and clean and very roomy for the price. I cant say enough how amazing housekeeping staff was.
We were given a smoking room, which I didn't mind as I am a smoker, however they should use some air cleaner or air purifier or something because the smell of tobacco was overpowering even for me. They could brace the shower curtain bar to avoid a knock that may have been disturbing to guests in other rooms. The beds were super comfortable. The shower head was great. It was good value for the money with wifi and included breakfast. Easy check in and check out.
I have read some reviews that say this hotel should be updated you would have to pay a lot more for your stay at lakeviewif and when that happens . Everything was clean staff were very polite. The self serve breakfast was filling the room was surprising quite . pro tip. Ask for a room that dose not face the shell parking lot.
Check in was fine, room was large and clean (looks like recently renovated, no carpet, laminate floors), the beds and bedding were good, but all the electrical stuff was very noisy (bathroom vent fan, hair dryer, A/C which didn't actually work just made noise, shower, toilet). Check out was quick. The staff was good.
