I won't bother with the details of my sob story, but suffice it to say I was in a difficult situation, and the staff at Edson Honda went MORE THAN the extra mile to help. Having a necessary service done at a reasonable price, in a short time frame, and helping out in other ways. If I'm in the market for a dealer vehicle or ATV, I would rather drive to Edson and spend my money there than buy from an Edmonton dealership. That's how the treatment I've received at this dealership made me feel. Thank you for your help guys!
By far my best experience at any dealership, you are treated like family from the moment you walk through the doors. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Even if you are not a fan of HONDA stop by for the experience. They will change your mind!!!
I had such an exceptional experience with Edson Honda on Aug 13 2015. Prior to stepping foot into the dealership, I dealt with a confident & friendly Internet Sales Manager. She gathered information and prepared everything in advance of me driving to Edson to meet with the dealership. Every employee was friendly, helpful and professional. From the woman tending the front desk, the sales person I dealt with and others who were around while my sales person was busy preparing costs for me, the gentleman who detailed my new vehicle and the finance director who worked the numbers to suit our family, from start to finish we had an exceptional experience. I am truly blown away with how comfortable I felt and how above and beyond this dealership went for us. We will be back to purchase a 2nd vehicle when the time is right. Thank you Edson Honda!
My friend's CRV broke down on our way home to BC and we stopped here for repairs. Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what their jobs entailed. The woman at the front desk and the older gentleman beside her had parts shipped in over night, had our vehicle bumped up in the service queue and even called the local Comfort Inn for us. Fantastic service!
I would like to add my experience as a negative for this dealerships service- I cannot speak for the new car purchasing side. Been dealing with them since 2015 with very good results, starting having an issue in 2017 and now I'm looking for an alternative in Edmonton. Keep this review in mind when shopping around for service- keep looking.
