Said they could fill my tires with Nitrogen (was the only spot in town that could do it). Told me it would cost $15 and wouldnt take long. 45 minutes later I have a bill for almost $50. They told me that when they said $15 they were just guessing; they ended up doing a curtesy inspection on my truck and I had to re torque my tires because they took everything off.I wanted nitrogen and all I got was hassle
Had the pleasure to have your Ram 1500 Parts truck I think it was fly by me today on Highway 43 in a 80km/h construction zone heading back to Edmonton from Grande Prairie ! Definitely not professional and definitely not something you should be doing in a company vehicle !
Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend this place at all. Booked recalls week and half in advance said they had parts. Get to appointment and they sold the parts. Could only do one recall would have to come back for the others. Walked out called Hinton dodge. They have parts and are doing all the work today. Without even an appointment.
Thank you so much to Edson Chrysler for taking such good car of us. I was traveling thru Edson on a very warm day on my way back to BC with two dogs and an aging (non-Chrysler) SUV FULL of stuff when it just stopped running. After a few calls, I reached out to Edson Chrysler and received a call back from Wendy, and within a short period of time, I had a tow truck and a ride to the dealership. When I received the news that the repairs would cost more than the vehicle was worth, I was helped out by Candy, who looked after me like I was family. I can't say enough about how well I was treated by the entire staff at Edson Chrysler, but especially these two wonderful ladies, who went out of their way to make sure we (yes, I'm including my dogs in this) were taken care of in the transition to my new vehicle. It's a long drive back for service, but if I find myself in the area, even if not in need, I won't hesitate to go back!!!!
Went in to get AC recharged on my truck, didnt really think anything of it paid over $330 just for a simple recharge that was all that was serviced. My dad paid 195 with a similar truck and got a pinhole leak repaired as well as an AC recharg (at a different place). Dealership price is a real thing I guess. Would never go back.
