Beautiful new building with modern equipment. Friendly and caring staff. Comfortable chairs in the waiting room. The intake process is smooth and I have experienced shorter wait times in emergency than at the old hospital.
TERRIBLE and rude customer service at the switchboard. The phone rang forever and when I made a comment to someone on my end of the line, the operator had finally answered and have me attitude! You don't give attitude, lady, if you can't answer the phone quickly. Learn how to use the hold button.
Pretty bad accumulation of staff. Poor example of how a hospital should be run. Hire more doctors. Have more staff.
