You, as a manager, do not deserve the people who served me. Those wonderful clerks should work for someone else before your example turns them into the surly person you portray. If my request for $12 off some summer garden things did not offend you, it sounded that way. So when I said I was still going to take it despite your poor attitude, way to kill the sale with the aforementioned description you gave me. My favourite was how pleased you look when I followed up with not buying anything. Keep it up. Home Hardware anywhere will never take my money again.
Altho pricing is decent, you can buy everything there to build a new home and when you ask for a break on pricing on some items there is ALWAYS an excuse that they can't give you one!
